Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held every fourth Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. at the District office, 806 Palm Canyon Drive, Borrego Springs. Each agenda has a scheduled time for public comments and is available upon request.

Ad Hoc committee meetings are held on an as needed basis.  Standing Commitee meetings are Conservation and Groundwater Management.  Conservation meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 9:00 a.m.  Groundwater Management meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 9:15 a.m.
