As a conservation incentive, Tier 2 residential users that reduce usage in any month by at least ten percent (10%) below such user’s previous four year history (as such history was determined for the purpose of assigning the user to a tier) shall be billed at the Tier 1 rate. In the event this ten percent (10%) monthly conservation goal is not met, any usage over the Tier 1 limit will be billed at the Tier 2 rate.
The rates listed above include the following charges: water charges, power and groundwater management surcharges.
The current surcharge rates are:
Power = .25 cents per unit
Groundwater = .08 cents per unit
DELINQUENT FEES:
Water bills are delinquent if not paid within 20 days of mailing. Bills not paid within this time period may be subject to a late charge of 5 percent, but not less than $10.00. Accounts past due for two months may be subject to discontinuation of services and applicable charge.

Units of water used. Each unit = 748 gallons or 100 cubic feet (HCF)
